At 10:15 a.m. on April 17, 2012, thousands of Utahns will “Drop, Cover, and Hold On” in The Great Utah ShakeOut, the largest earthquake drill in Utah history!
ShakeOut drills happen in areas prone to earthquake activity. The Great Utah ShakeOut will involve schools, businesses, faith-based groups, individuals, families, and volunteer organizations. Click here for a list of all those participating in Davis County.

The Great Utah ShakeOut comes to Utah as part of a partnership between FEMA Region VIII, the Utah Division of Emergency Management and the Southern California Earthquake Center.
